The France based luxury conglomerate has appointed a new Chief Client & Marketing Officer, and a new Chief Executive officer for Bottega Veneta.
Effective from October 4, 2016, Kering has appointed Carlo Alberto Beretta as Chief Client & Marketing Officer of Kering, and Claus-Dietrich Lahrs as the new CEO of Bottega Veneta.
The Chief Client & Marketing Officer position has been created for Beretta, who was previously the CEO of Bottega Veneta.
Lahrs leaves his position as CEO at Hugo Boss, where he doubled the brand’s turnover and increased its profitability, and replaces Beretta as CEO of Bottega Veneta. Previously, Lahrs held top-level positions at Cartier, Louis Vuitton, and Christian Dior Couture.
Both Beretta and Lahrs will report to directly to François-Henri Pinault, Chairman and CEO, Kering.
