Two Kering brands to address sustainability at London conference

The upcoming “Leather and Sustainability in Retail” conference will take place in London on November 17 and will feature two keynote presentations on sustainability from the international luxury fashion Group, Kering.

ILM and BLC Leather Technology Centre are pleased to announce that Chiara Morelli, Environmental P&L Director, Kering Group and Stefan Seidel, Head of Corporate Sustainability, Puma will be among the keynote speakers at the upcoming Leather and Sustainability in Retail conference taking place in London later this month. The final conference programme and speakers are now confirmed.

In her presentation, Chiara Morelli will discuss the Group’s sustainability strategy with a focus on chemical management and the positive way that collaboration in the leather supply chain can have when improving sustainability.

Also addressing the conference, Stefan Seidel from the global sports brand, Puma will outline why traceability in the supply chain is important. His presentation compliments others on the agenda for the half-day event.

A global luxury group, Kering includes a number of luxury houses in fashion, leather goods, jewellery and watches which includes: Gucci, Bottega Veneta, Saint Laurent, Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, Brioni, Christopher Kane, McQ, Stella McCartney, Tomas Maier, Boucheron, Dodo, Girard-Perregaux, Pomellato, Qeelin and Ulysse Nardin.
