Hong Kong

Jeff Margulies, of Norton Rose Fulbright a leading global law firm based in California, joins key speakers at the Sustainability in the leather supply chain conference in Hong Kong on April 1, 2014.

Margulies will provide a stimulating update on global chemical regulations relating to product safety. In a rapidly shifting landscape, product safety regulations are becoming much more focused on restriction and authorisation of replacement chemistry rather than enforceable ban.

A partner in the Los Angeles office, Jeff Margulies heads the California Environmental practice and is a co-head of the Climate Change practice. His practice involves state, federal and international environmental, product safety, chemical management and related regulatory issues, and encompasses compliance, enforcement and litigation, including class action litigation.
