CTC Groupe appoints new Director General

French leather and footwear technology research centre, CTC Groupe, has appointed a new Director General.

Frédéric Gaudin has been appointed Director General of CTC Groupe. He succeeds Yves Morin, who took the role in 2008 and retired at the end of March 2018.

Previously to joining CTC, Gaudin held the role of General Manager at certification organisation LRQA (Lloyd’s Register) France for six years and was Director of Operations Southern Europe - Lloyd's Register Group for four years. “Frédéric Gaudin brings to CTC a rich experience of more than 20 years in business development, both in France and abroad”, says CTC. According to CTC, Gaudin is an expert in designing and implementing marketing and commercial strategies as well as in the deployment of operational activities oriented towards standardisation, certification, auditing, consulting and training.

After completing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies from the Bradford School of Management in the UK, Gaudin obtained a Masters in Management Sciences at the French University of Montpellier, and also holds an MBA in International Business from Kedge Business School in France.
