Don Ohsman grew up in the family hide and fur business, Ohsman and Sons. Eventually, he left Seton to focus on Hidenet Publications, which will now carry on Don’s legacy in the hands of Vera Dordick, the new Editor-in-Chief.

Ohsman, 78, died of complications of a rare form of blood cancer, multiple myeloma. He was a well-known figure in the leather industry for many years and a regular speaker at industry events.
