Mercosur to progressively decrease duty on EU footwear imports

Despite the European Confederation of the Footwear Industry’s request for full tariff liberalisation from day one of the free trade agreement, leather shoes exported from the EU to the Mercosur economic bloc is to progressively benefit from free market access.
