According to an Aeffe investor relations announcement published by the company, the Court of Bologna authorised the financing from shareholders Colloportus and FQuattro, companies owned by Alberta Ferretti and Massimo Ferretti. The loan has an 18-month term and is secured by a pledge over a current account.
Aeffe said the funding will cover the group’s cash requirements until the end of July 2026, by which time it expects to receive binding offers from potential buyers.
The company added that, once the offers have been received, it intends to seek court authorisation for additional shareholder financing to provide the liquidity needed to continue operations until the sale process is completed.
