The event will feature 463 exhibitors from 34 countries and regions, as well as country pavilions for Brazil, Egypt, France, Georgia, India, Italy, Japan, Pakistan, Spain, Turkey, the UK, the U.S., Uzbekistan and Zimbabwe.
Concurrently with the show, APLF will also be holding the Materials+ and Fashion Access events, which will focus on non-leather materials and original equipment manufacturers and original design manufacturers from the fashion industry respectively.
The event will feature the APLF Spring/Summer 2024 colour/material forecast and Fall/Winter 2023 product trends, exhibits for which will be displayed in on-site trends spaces.
Returning to Dubai for the second year in a row, the event organisers highlighted the destinations for its access to the strong footwear and leather goods sectors in the Indian subcontinent, Eastern/Western Europe and North Africa as well as established tanning sectors from India, Pakistan, Turkey, Russia, and African countries such as Egypt, Ethiopia, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, etc.
