Despite these challenges, the company reported a strong finish to the year, with deliveries rising year over year in every month from September onwards, signalling growing momentum.

A highlight was electric vehicles. Deliveries of all-electric models reached a record of over 223,000 units, representing an increase of approximately 36% compared with 2024. Audi said order intake supported this trend, with overall orders up more than 13% and electric vehicle orders jumping by around 58% year-on-year.

“Our product initiative is hitting the road, and deliveries are gradually reflecting this,” said Marco Schubert, Member of the Board of Management for Sales and Marketing. He added that customer uptake of new electric models, including the A6 e-tron and Q6 e-tron, underpinned the gains, and that Audi aims to continue this upward trajectory in 2026.

Regional performance

In Europe (excluding Germany), Audi delivered more than 464,000 vehicles, broadly in line with 2024, while EV deliveries in the region rose by around 40% to approximately 113,000 units.

Audi also recorded solid growth in its home market of Germany, delivering over 206,000 vehicles, an increase of 4%, with all-electric models rising sharply by 89% to around 41,000 units.

In North America, Audi delivered more than 202,000 vehicles, down 12% year-on-year, but set a new regional record for electric vehicles, with approximately 33,000 EVs delivered, up 15%. Canada was a standout market, posting record deliveries of over 37,000 units, an 11% increase.

In China, intense competition continued to impact results. Audi delivered around 618,000 vehicles, down 5%, but maintained its leading position among core competitors. The company said its model initiative for the Chinese market will continue at pace in 2026.

Across overseas and emerging markets, Audi increased deliveries by around 6% to approximately 134,000 vehicles, with all-electric deliveries rising by up to 26%.
