Launched in 2015, the platform operates under the Brazilian Footwear programme, an export initiative led by the Brazilian Footwear Industries Association (Abicalçados) in partnership with ApexBrasil. The revamp comes amid strong growth in global B2B e-commerce.

The redesigned platform introduces smarter search tools, improved navigation and data-driven suggestions tailored to each buyer’s interests. It also features an upgraded messaging system that allows product photo sharing, making it easier for buyers and manufacturers to negotiate directly.

As of 2025, the platform hosts 212 Brazilian brands with over 164,000 active users, including engagement from the U.S., Argentina, Colombia, the UK, Chile, China, Ecuador, Peru, Spain and Canada. Registration remains free for both brands and visitors.
