Just like the physical APLF editions in Hong Kong, the virtual fairs will bring together suppliers of the leather chain and their clients, partners and buyers from various industries. According to the organisers, each exhibitor will have a stand where they can display photos of their products and services, but visitors must register to have access to the stands. Communication between exhibitors and visitors can take place by chat, video calls (live or by appointment), or text messages. There will also be rooms broadcasting live lectures and collective networking spaces. For the China edition, the communication and promotion of the event is supported by the China Leather Industry Association (CLIA) and the Indian event is supported by the Council for Leather Exports (CLE).

Brazilian companies participating in the events include Courovale, Natur Leather Industry, Fuga Couros, JBS Couros, Minerva Leather, Partner, SystemHaus and Tanac.
