If successful in securing this role you will accept responsibility for all aspects of colour from concept to production (including the supply chain), and your duties will include:

  • Ensuring Health and Safety is utmost in all colour related decisions and beyond
  • Managing and developing a team of colour specialists
  • Communicating the vision for colour to relevant stakeholders (i.e. internally, customers, suppliers, other Group companies)
  • Influencing senior stakeholders to ensure that colour has appropriate consideration within operational decisions
  • Being aware of colour trends and ensuring these are communicated to relevant stakeholders
  • Full accountability of colour for our product; managing and communicating risk attached to decisions
  • Taking a holistic approach within the supply chain and examining which variables affect colour
