Established in 2003, Impactiva provides quality assurance services for footwear, apparel and leather goods retailers and brands, covering factories and tanneries across Asia, Europe and Africa.

The acquisition means Bureau Veritas’ Consumer Products Services division has further developed its upstream services for the footwear and apparel manufacturing industry.
