Revenue from continuing operations for the quarter ended September 27, 2025, was US$856 million, down 2.5% on a reported basis and 4.2% in constant currency. Capri reported a net loss of US$34 million, compared to a profit of US$42 million a year earlier.
Chairman and CEO John Idol said the company was encouraged by improving trends, adding that the quarter’s results demonstrate the company’s progress as it executes against strategic initiatives to energise its fashion luxury houses.
With the sale of Versace to Prada expected to close in the third quarter for US$1.38 billion, Capri said it will use the proceeds to repay most of its debt, significantly strengthening its balance sheet. Following this, the board has approved a US$1 billion share repurchase programme, expected to begin in fiscal 2027. Michael Kors posted revenue of US$725 million, down 1.8%, while Jimmy Choo saw a 6.4% decline to US$131 million.
Looking ahead, Capri expects retail trends to improve in the second half of fiscal 2026 and anticipates a return to growth in fiscal 2027. The company forecasts full-year revenue between US$3.375 billion and US$3.45 billion.
