The two organisations first signed a Memorandum of Understanding in March last year. The latest agreement builds on that foundation by offering SLF partners access to Weev’s digital platform, which connects sustainable practices with a product directory and materials library. A tiered service model ensures ongoing accessibility and affordability.

By linking SLF’s Transparency Dashboards with Weev’s systems, brands and suppliers can integrate product choice with ESG compliance in one interface. Users can either begin with a Weev profile and connect to SLF or they can start with the SLF Dashboard and explore Weev’s library of materials.

Deborah Taylor, Founder and Managing Director of SLF, said: “Working closely with Weev allows us to extend our remit to designers who might not ordinarily be exposed to the sustainability credentials of the facilities producing the leathers they choose. We see this as a great opportunity to embed sustainability into the design proposition and thought process.”

Weev CEO Szilard Szurdok added: “By combining SLF’s unrivalled insight into sustainability with Weev’s digital infrastructure, we are enabling brands and suppliers to make informed, responsible decisions at every step of the process. This partnership is more than a technical integration – it is a shared commitment to shaping a fashion industry where sustainability is not an option, but the standard.”

Weev will present the collaboration at Micam on September 7-9, 2025, while SLF will be at Lineapelle on September 23-25, 2025.
