Olivia Seward, previously a marketing consultant for The Group Zebra, brings a wealth of industry understanding as well as digital and technology marketing to CTC, as it continues its transformation into a world-leading, digital-first Quality Assurance and CSR solutions provider.

Seward reports to Chief Executive Officer, Yves Morin. Seward has responsibility for CTC’s overall marketing strategy and execution, overseeing the brand, product offer, digital tools, client engagement and events as well as managing the in-house communications team.
