Day 1 of Freiberg Leather Days: Sustainability, science and regulation

Today was the first day of the 14th Freiberg Leather Days, which brought together researchers, chemical suppliers and leather industry experts to discuss sustainability, regulatory developments and new technologies shaping the sector. Held in Münster, Germany, the programme covered topics ranging from nitrogen management and life cycle assessment to emerging chemical restrictions and traceability tools.
