Performance was led by the company’s two core brands: HOKA, which saw sales climb 11.1% to $634.1 million, and UGG, up 10.1% to US$759.6 million. Other brands, including Teva and Sanuk, declined 26.5% to US$37.2 million, reflecting the phase-out of Koolaburra operations.

By channel, wholesale revenue grew 13.4% to US$1.04 billion, while direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales dipped 0.8% to US$394.6 million. International markets were a key growth driver, up 29.3% to US$591.3 million, offsetting a 1.7% domestic decline.

Gross margin improved slightly to 56.2%, while operating income rose to $326.5 million. Deckers ended the quarter with US$1.41 billion in cash and no debt and repurchased 2.6 million shares worth US$282 million.

For the full fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, Deckers expects net sales of approximately US$5.35 billion, with HOKA forecast to grow in the low teens and UGG in the low-to-mid single digits. The company projects a gross margin of 56%, operating margin of 21.5%, and diluted EPS between US$6.30 and US$6.39.

CEO Stefano Caroti said: “HOKA and UGG again delivered double-digit growth in the second quarter, reflecting strong performance and international momentum for these powerful brands.”
