Equity firm acquires majority stake in Pasubio

One of the leading premium and luxury automotive leather producers in Italy, Conceria Pasubio has been acquired by CVC Capital Partners. The Pretto family, that currently owns the tannery, is to retain a minority shareholding in the leather supplier.
