Eugen Katzenstein started at TFL as the CFO in 2001 and became a Member of the Executive Board in 2007. He has left TFL after 13 years with the global leather chemical maker.
Richard Fenton now replaces Katzenstein as CFO and has joined the TFL Executive Board, reporting to the CEO. Fenton, originally a chartered accountant from the UK, has worked in a number of large international manufacturing groups. His financial experience includes 7 years in a chemical business owned by a private equity firm in the U.S., where he led changes in financial reporting and internal processes.
Simultaneously, TFL has also appointed Henrik Pedersen as the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, in charge of worldwide sales. He will also join the TFL Executive Board.
Dr Peter Amann takes over the role as CEO and COO in the TFL Executive Board and continues to be responsible for Production, R&D, Supply Chain and Purchasing.
