A total of 89 work stations comprise a space of 220 sq m. LVMH says the initiative will drive business acceleration between its Maisons and start-ups to “invent innovative new products and services for the luxury market”.
La Maison des Startups is aimed at accelerating the collaboration between LVMH Maisons and the start-ups “whose solutions have potential in the luxury industry, giving entrepreneurs privileged access to the Group’s 70 Maisons”. The programme concerns LVMH’s different business groups; Fashion & Leather Goods Wines & Spirits, Perfumes & Cosmetics, Watches & Jewellery and Selective Retailing.
Over half the start-ups that joined the program have been identified through the LVMH Innovation Award. In addition to the unique workspace and environment that inspire innovation, entrepreneurs benefit from personalised coaching and support from LVMH experts at Station F.
“LVMH has long held innovation as a core value. Innovation isn’t just a buzzword at LVMH, it’s a practical obsession, crucial to maintaining our leadership position long-term. Collaborating with start-ups helps us stay abreast of both business opportunities and ways of working. A healthy start-up ecosystem is necessary for a healthy industry.”, said Ian Rogers, Chief Digital Officer, LVMH.
