Effective September 1, Philippe Fortunato will be leading the fashion and accessories business of Richemont’s Chloé, Dunhill, Azzedine Alaïa and Peter Millar brands. He replaces Eric Vallat, who left the luxury Group in 2019 to take over the management of liqueur brand Rémy Cointreau. Previously, Fortunato was the Chief Executive of Givenchy, owned by Richemont’s competitor LVMH. Other brands in Richemont’s portfolio include Mont Blanc, Lancel, Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Piaget and Yoox-Net-A-Porter.

Meanwhile, Givenchy has appointed a new Creative Director; Matthew M. Williams, a self-taught designer from California, aged 34. Read more here.
