In her new position, Nicolas will be in charge of managing all activities for CTC’s member companies, as well as the international development of the group’s activities. Her primary objectives, the company says, will be to deploy CTC’s industry expertise in order to support companies in digital transition, sustainable development and skills management.

After a decade in IT and the steel industry, Nicolas joined CTC in 1990. After 30 years of experience with the company, she has an in-depth knowledge of the ecosystem of the entire French and international leather industry and its industrial, technical and scientific challenges, CTC says.

Until December 2021, Nicolas was head of the Business Services Department, where she was in charge of innovation for the leather industry, the implementation of consulting and training activities within the group as well as the coordination of relations with the various professional federations and partners of the CTC network.
