The suit, filed in Manhattan federal court, claimed that the Hermès Eclair and Envol sneakers infringed on two Skechers design patents for the Massage Fit soles in its Go Walk walking shoes.
The two companies have reportedly signed a confidential settlement agreement following the lawsuit, and Skechers’ initial request for damages was undisclosed.
