Zara.com Studios and Zara Man’s central design office will move to Spanish apparel group Inditex’s headquarters in Arteixo (A Coruña) on March 17 after large investment in the upgrade of new 67,000 m2 offices.
According to Pablo Isla, President of Inditex, the new building “is the best visual representation of the group’s strategy, an investment that entails a high-tech approach integrating the retail and e-tail channels, and incorporates the most advanced sustainability solutions.” Inditex emphasised that sustainability is the aspect “to which the most attention has been paid” in the upgrade.
Inditex will publish its latest annual results on March 10. The group’s sales shrank by 14% in Q3, down to €6.05 billion. By 2022, the company expects 25% of its revenue to come from the e-tail channel.
