This specialised B2B event will be inaugurated during the evening of January 31 and open to trade visitors from February 1 between 10am to 6pm.

IILF exhibitors cover tannery and footwear machinery, equipment and technology, chemicals, footwear components, finished leather, synthetic materials, leather garments, leather goods and others.

It is also a showcase for the latest leather and leather product trends, styles, designs and colours for the next fashion season. Business visitors will see exhibits displayed by more than 400 companies including 100 from outside India. The foreign participation is from Bangladesh, Brazil, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iran, Italy, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sri Lanka, Switzerland and Taiwan, The Netherlands, Turkey and United Kingdom.

Group participation is from Germany, Italy, China and Thailand. Significantly, this year, there is a substantial increase in number of companies from Turkey.

Topical seminars, discussions and a fashion show will highlight the latest trends in the leather industry.

The visitor profile will cover exporters, importers, manufacturers, buying houses, agents, fashion designers and opinion makers.

The fair is organised by ITPO in collaboration with the Council for Leather Exports (CLE) with the active support of the Central Leather Research Institute (CLRI), ISF, IFLMEA, FDDI and IFCOMA.
