The Metcha website is reported to have recorded over 223,000 sessions and 290,000 page views in the first four months since its launch. The global campaign has also been activated on eight different social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Vimeo and Pinterest, with more than 2,000 items of content created. By May 2020, the campaign expects to record around 120 million impressions of leather-related content, with higher targets set to reach more followers on social media.

“Metcha is inspiring new generations of tastemakers, trendsetters and style conscious individuals to understand and see leather as a creative partner”, said Fernando Bellese, Campaign Manager, Leather Naturally. “We need industry leaders and everyone making money from the leather industry to stand up and support this campaign for the benefit of our whole industry.
