The luxury group posted first-half revenue of €38.6 billion, representing 2% organic growth, while Q2 organic growth accelerated to 3%, up from 1% in Q1. Reported revenue declined 3% due to currency effects. Profit from recurring operations reached €8.7 billion, maintaining a strong operating margin of 22.5%, while group share of net profit remained stable at €5.7 billion.
Fashion & Leather Goods, LVMH’s largest division, recorded 1% organic growth in the second quarter to approximately €8.9 billion, ending seven consecutive quarters of decline. The recovery was supported by strong performances from Louis Vuitton and Dior, alongside continued resilience in the United States and improving demand across Asia excluding Japan.
Watches & Jewellery delivered the strongest performance, with organic growth of 11% in the second quarter. LVMH said the U.S. saw accelerating demand during the first half, Asia (excluding Japan) continued to improve, and Europe remained resilient despite geopolitical and economic uncertainty.
Chairman and CEO Bernard Arnault said the group’s performance demonstrated the strength of its brands and its long-term strategy, adding that LVMH remains focused on innovation, craftsmanship and desirability while navigating an uncertain global environment.
