Véronique Courtois has been appointed Chairman and CEO of Parfums Christian Dior and of LVMH’s Beauty division. She will oversee all Maisons within the Beauty division, while retaining leadership of Parfums Christian Dior to ensure managerial and strategic continuity. Antoine Arnault, currently Director of Image & Environment, will continue to oversee image, communication and sustainable development projects, responsibilities he has held since 2020.
Courtois joined LVMH in 2000 and has held senior roles across the Group’s beauty brands. She became Chief Marketing Officer of Guerlain in 2007, moved to Christian Dior Couture as Marketing Director in 2010 and was named Brand General Director of Parfums Christian Dior in 2012. She was appointed President and CEO of Guerlain in 2019 and has served as President and CEO of Parfums Christian Dior since March 2023.
Arnault founded a technology company in 2000 before joining Louis Vuitton as Communication Director. He was appointed CEO of Berluti in 2011 and launched “Les Journées particulières” the same year. He became Chairman of Loro Piana in 2013, a position he held until 2025. In December 2022, he was named CEO and Vice-Chairman of Christian Dior SE, and in January 2024 became Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Berluti.
The changes follow the departure of Stéphane Rinderknech, who led the expansion of LVMH Hospitality and the Beauty division and is leaving the Group to pursue personal projects.
Stéphane Bianchi, Managing Director of LVMH, said the appointments would bring “unique expertise and knowledge” to the Executive Committee and help shape the Group’s strategic direction.
