Marco De Vincenzo

De Vincenzo will work under Creative Director Sarah Burton as the company continues its creative and management overhaul.

De Vincenzo joins Givenchy months after ending his four-year tenure as Creative Director of Etro in March 2026. Before leading Etro, he built his reputation through a long association with Fendi, where he worked extensively on accessories and leather goods.

According to fashion media reporting, his remit will be to develop Givenchy’s leather goods business in close collaboration with Burton, who was appointed Creative Director in 2024. The move comes as the LVMH-owned brand seeks to reinforce its accessories offering and build on a broader restructuring effort that has also included recent leadership changes.

Givenchy said De Vincenzo’s appointment reflects the designer’s expertise in accessories and leather craftsmanship, areas viewed as key growth drivers for luxury fashion brands.
