The initial public offering (IPO) was 15,647,059 of American Depositary Shares (ADS) at a price of US$26.00 per ADS. The Company is selling 13,647,059 ADSs and its sole shareholder is selling 2,000,000 ADSs in the offering. Each ADS represents one ordinary share of the Company. Reportedly, shares of MYT Netherlands Parent, which rose as much as 39% in New York trading, closed January 21 at US$31, giving the German e-commerce company a market value of about US$2.66 billion.
