New OEKO-TEX Leather Standard regulations in 2019
The existing guidelines for the OEKO-TEX product portfolio have been amended and the new regulations are to come into effect after a three-month transition period on April 1, 2019. The assessment for sustainable production conditions, ‘STeP’, is also be to extended to leather.
