Trumpler expands technical centre in China

German leather chemical makers Trumpler have extended their technical development centre in China at their subsidiary TCD. In the past 3 years, Trumpler has expanded its production facilities in Germany, Spain and China through Trumpler Chemicals and Dyes (TCD).†

With this yearís extension of the technical and application lab of TCD, the expansion in Asia has been completed. As a part of this extension a purpose-built TCD finishing lab was installed in July. The investment has been made to support the very important Chinese market.

New tanning machinery, drums and physical testing instruments, important for different facets of leather making have been installed. The new machines have the capacity to work on small ovine to large bovine sides.

With the recent investments, Trumpler continues towards global-regional market orientation in line with an appropriate extension of its capacities in Asia. The expansion automatically leads to a strong link between the research and development centres throughout their European headquarters in Germany and subsidiary companies of Spain and Italy.

The new investment and developments also strengthen the cooperation among Trumpler facilities and the groupís services are evenly and strategically well spread out in the most important leather making regions globally. Competence in product development as well as market orientation and flexible service, are and remain, the future goals of ĎTeamí Trumpler.
