Gustavo Defeo, CEO of Italian analytical laboratory Ars Tinctoria, will reveal the results of the company’s biomass carbon content research at a conference in Dubai. How does genuine leather compare with other so-called vegan materials?
At the upcoming ILM/APLF ‘Future trends in a post-Covid leather industry’ conference in Dubai, Defeo will explain the company’s investigation into the quantification of Carbon 14 specifically in SCAR spectroscopy as a consistent way to determine the ratios of fossil based and biomass carbon content in any material or chemical. Gustavo Defeo will present new results exclusively at the conference.
Register for the hybrid event today and find out more about Ars Tinctoria plus presentations from Royal Smit & Zoon, Leather Naturally, JBS Couros, the Leather & Hide Council of America and more by visiting the event page.
