Temporary ban of bovine hide exports

The government in Belarus has temporarily banned the exportation of bovine raw hides for six months. 

According to the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 13 2015 No 193, the export of raw hides and skins of bovine (heading 4101 of the Commodity Nomenclature for foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union) outside the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union is temporarily banned from March 16 2015 until September 16, 2015.

The Eurasian zone covers Russia and the former soviet states of Eastern Europe and the Caucuses and is outside the EU.
