Local media reports from the beleaguered Hazaribagh tanning district in Dhaka say that raw hides are piling up at Posta in the capital's Lalbagh district following a government move to prevent raw materials from reaching the tanneries in Hazaribagh after they failed to meet the latest deadline to relocate.
