AICC announces 2017 technical event agenda

AICC, the Italian Association of Leather Technologists and Chemists, has scheduled a series of conferences, technical meetings, seminars and training courses that will take place throughout 2017 across the three main Italian tanning districts.

The events are aimed at AICC’s members, but other industry professionals interested in taking part are also welcome. The topics are of technical relevance and will deal with different issues that occur in the tanneries on a daily basis.

February 25: ‘Tannins’ in Alte di Montecchio Maggiore (VI)

March 2: Technical meeting based on leather measurement in Santa Croce (PI)

March 9: Technical meeting on formaldehyde in Solofra (AV)

April 6: Seminar on wastes (water purification) in Arzignano (VI)

May 12: Toscana’s area technical meeting in San Miniato (PI)

May 16: Technical meeting on biocides in Solofra (AV)

May 27:Colorimetry’ in Montorso (VI)

July 7: National technical meeting and partner’s meeting in Solofra (AV)

September 12: Technical meeting on phthalates in Solofra  (AV)

September 14: Technical meeting about emissions in Santa Croce (PI)

October 20: Veneto’s area technical meeting in Chiampo (VI)

December 6: ‘Leather’s defects’ in Santa Croce (PI)
