Indian hide and skins association signs MoU with East Africa

Memorandum of Understandings (MoU) have been signed between the Indian association and East African countries with the aim of boosting their respective leather industries.

The All India Skin and Hide Tanners and Merchants Association (AISHTMA) has signed MoUs with Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda with the help of the Supporting India Trade and Investment for Africa (SITA) agency of the International Trade Centre (ITC).

The MoUs are to focus on exchange, trade and promotion, sharing of best practices and joint development of services.
