Nigeria’s leather sector calls for ban on hide and skin exports

Representatives from Nigeria’s leather sector claim the Government’s long-term neglect of the industry in favour of oil production has halted its competitiveness and hindered the full potential of using its hides and skins in domestic manufacturing.
