Brazilian leather sustainability protocols discussed at Première Vision

Rafael Andrade, International Strategy, Design and Planning Consultant at the Centre for the Brazilian Tanning Industry (CICB), will be giving a presentation titled; “Design and Sustainability - An Overview on Brazilian Leather Industry Continuous Improvement Protocols", at Première Vision Leather on September 20.

He will say that the leather sector in Brazil has become an international example of partnerships and collaborations in design and sustainability, exchanging experiences with different acting parties and qualifying processes and products. This model will be shared with the public at the Première Vision. "We believe that collaborative actions are extremely beneficial and essential in today's world, which is continuously reinventing itself, so that we can generate a positive impact in all spheres of action; both from within the tanneries to the world abroad and from the world abroad to Brazil," says Andrade.

The "Design and Sustainability - An Overview on Brazilian Leather Industry Continuous Improvement Protocols" presentation will be held at 12pm on September 20, as part of the Smart Talk series taking place in the in the Smart Square of Première Vision, which takes place September 19-21 at the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition grounds in Paris.
