EU new car registrations plunge in September

After recording an exceptional increase in August ahead of the new WLTP test, registrations of new passenger cars in the European Union dropped -23.5% in September, with the Volkswagen Group recording the steepest decline (-48%), year-on-year, and only Volvo Cars and Jaguar scoring positive performances.”
