Australian bootmaker fined in the U.S. over ‘UGG’ trademark

A jury for a District Court in the U.S. state of Illinois found that some pairs of sheepskin-lined boots sold by the Australian manufacturer infringed Decker Brands’ ‘UGG’ trademarks.
