We are living in a time of profound changes within the global arena. From trade wars to digital transformation and the challenges of sustainability, not to mention the struggle to attract young people to our sector. All these topics are interconnected. They have a strong impact on our industries and will have to be addressed during my mandate. My aim is to contribute to the industry’s overall objective of reinforcing the status of Europe as the global footwear lead.
