European Commission changes PFA limits for leather

After two years of talks and negotiations with the Confederation of National Associations of Tanners and Dressers of the European Community (Cotance) and the Italian Tanners’ Association (UNIC), the European Commission’s Directorate General for Environment has reviewed the per- or polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAs) limits in leather.
