3M to pay US$55 million in settlement with Wolverine

Chemical manufacturer 3M has been ordered to pay US$55 million to footwear manufacturer Wolverine World Wide in a bid to help the company cover the cost of
extending municipal water to neighbourhoods with drinking water contaminated by PFAS chemicals from industrial waste dumping.
