Erretre launches online customer chat service

The Italy based tannery machinery manufacturer has launched a live customer support service.

As the COVID-19 lockdown measures are eased in some parts of the world but remain strict in others, Erretre is offering a direct chat service between its engineers and customers, particularly for those who are in need of support to restart production in the most efficient manner. Through the direct chat, customers and technicians can share pictures or video directly from the production site.
