Bluebell Group partners with Translatio

Bluebell Group, a distributor of luxury, premium and lifestyle brands throughout Asia, is taking a minority stake in Translatio, a China based distributor. The partnership could create Asia’s most comprehensive omnichannel distribution network for the luxury sector of fashion and lifestyle products.

Through the acquisition of a minority stake, the Bluebell Group is said to aim to ramp up its exposure to the world’s largest luxury market. The Group’s portfolio includes Thom Browne, 3.1 Phillip Lim and Acne Studios. It also helps manage Beijing’s multi-brand art mall, SKP Select. Bluebell Group covers a large range of product categories including accessories, footwear, apparel, fragrance, beauty, jewellery and watches and eyewear, with Translatio offering fashion, accessories and footwear.
