Salvatore Ferragamo’s Tramezza men’s shoes collection offers an innovative customer experience with an augmented reality made-to-order service. With a choice of five classic styles, ranging from a Derby to a Moccasin or a double monk strap, the service offers a luxurious selection of leathers (betis calf, suede, crocodile, and the softest crocodile nubuck and lizard) in a sophisticated spectrum of colours; Rouge Ferragamo, Ambre, Africa, Stone, Black, Blue Marine, Dark Blue, Nebbiolo and Truffle.
The Italian luxury fashion label has collaborated with Microsoft Azure Cloud and HoloLens 2 to create an immersive and personalised virtual reality experience. Seeking to meet the growing demands of the digital customer, the service allows consumers to choose and customise the shoe collection, either in-store or online, through a high-resolution platform. For another personal touch, the customer’s name is handwritten inside each shoe, finished with dedicated packaging.
