McLaren reveals leather innovation key in design strategy at digital forum

The inaugural ILM Digital Automotive Leather Supply Chain Forum took place on December 9 and gathered a high-profile international audience of OEMs, including Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin, Jaguar Land Rover, Audi, Porsche and Volvo, as well as Tier 1 suppliers, tanners, raw material suppliers, chemical companies, brands and associations. The event’s agenda explored topics around sustainability, consumer attitudes, leather innovation and performance, as well as the challenges and opportunities the automotive leather sector is facing as a consequence of the Covid-19 pandemic.
