The French luxury house has opened its 18th leather workshop, located in Montereau. It employs 670 craftspeople and neighbours one of its leather suppleirs Tannerie de Montereau, Hermès’ first site in Seine-et-Marne which it acquired in 1996. This new workshop is said to foster a strong artisan and human culture, reasserting Hermès’ commitment to making a lasting contribution to regional development.
